REFUND POLICY
ELIGIBLE REFUND CASES
At chisnz, refunds may be issued under the following circumstances:
- The returned item meets the conditions outlined in our Return Policy.
- The product arrives damaged, defective, or with missing parts.
- The item received is incorrect or different from the order placed.
- The order is successfully canceled before it has been shipped.
To be eligible for a refund, the request must comply with our return guidelines and be submitted within the applicable return period.
REFUND TIME
Once the returned item is received at our warehouse, our team will inspect the product to verify its condition and eligibility for a refund. After the inspection is completed and the refund is approved, the refund will be processed within 10 business days.
Please note that the time it takes for the refunded amount to appear in your account may vary depending on the payment provider or financial institution.
REFUND METHOD
All refunds will be issued through the original payment method used for the purchase. For orders paid via PayPal, the refund will be returned to the same PayPal account used for the transaction.
We do not issue refunds through alternative payment methods.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you have not received your refund after the processing period, please follow these steps:
- First, check your PayPal account or bank statement again.
- Then contact your payment provider or bank, as processing times may vary depending on their internal procedures.
- If you have completed these steps and still have not received your refund, please contact our support team for further assistance.
