All products displayed on chisnz are available, in stock, and guaranteed to be ready for customers.

SHIPPING TIME

Order Processing: all orders are prepared within 48 hours.
Shipping Duration: orders are delivered within 3 - 7 business days.
Estimated Delivery Time: customers can expect to receive their orders within 5 - 9 business days.

During processing, please contact our support team at support@chisnz.com to update any order details, including address, phone number, or email.

Note: orders cannot be canceled once shipped.

Business Days: Monday to Friday. We do not operate on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays.

DELIVERY COURIER

All orders are shipped via FedEx or UPS. We do not offer other carrier options, and customers are unable to specify a preferred carrier at this time.

Free shipping is provided across the continental USA.

Exclusions: we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, North Dakota, South Dakota, or Puerto Rico.

ORDER TRACKING

Order Notification: customers will receive an order confirmation after placing an order.

Tracking Information: a tracking number will be provided once the order is shipped so customers can monitor delivery status.

PROOF OF DELIVERY (POD) RECEIPT

Before signing for delivery, we recommend the following checklist to avoid missed claims for damage:

  • Inspect all packages for visible damage.
  • Verify that all items match the POD list.
  • If you notice any serious damage or blurring on the cartons, inspect the products inside.
  • Document any damage with photos.
  • Note any property damage on the POD, capturing both photos and video if possible.
  • Request the delivery driver’s signature or initials beside your notes on any damaged items.
