RETURN POLICY

30-DAY RETURN POLICY
Customers may request a return within 30 days from the date the order is received. This return policy applies to all products purchased online through chisnz within the United States.

Please note that sale items and store gifts are not eligible for return.

If you discover any quality issues with the purchased item, you may request a return at no additional cost. We will process your exchange or return request as quickly as possible.

RETURN ELIGIBILITY CONDITIONS
To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be in a brand-new, unused condition.
  • Ensure that the item is securely packaged to prevent damage during transportation.
  • Take photographs of the item and its packaging before returning and contact us via email.

For returns that are not due to manufacturing defects, damage caused by us, or quality issues, a restocking fee of 10% of the order value will be applied.

RETURN PROCESS

Please include the following information in your email:

  • Photograph the product or record a video showing the condition of the order.
  • The reason for the return.
  • Photograph the product or record a video clearly showing the issue or condition of the item.

Once we receive your request, our support team will review the information and coordinate the return details with you.

RETURN LABEL
If the return request is approved, we will provide a prepaid return label. Customers can download and print the label, securely repackage the item, and send it back according to the provided instructions.

EXCHANGE
We offer a free exchange service for products with quality issues, including missing parts, damage, or defects.

Please note that we do not support exchanges for personal reference or change of mind. If you wish to exchange a product due to personal preference, please follow the return process and place a new order.

REFUND
We will notify you as soon as the returned item is received at our warehouse. After inspection and approval, the refund will be processed within 10 days.
